Startup cluttered with screensavers. How to set them up properly?

13.10 auto-login to GUI screen is polluted with *all* the screensavers! in individual 'windows'. I have to close each individually.

How do I set the screensavers up properly? There are no checkboxes or 'radio buttons' under the Screenlocker, though Random's Setup offers choice of OpenGL and/or manipulators.
I'd like to see a choice of one of (radiobutton) first screen, with one-of buttons again in groups (giving a single choice at this level), and selection of Random to give Checkbox selection in each group - GL or Manipulators (Random excluded at this level of course!) with cycle time configurable or selectable.
And nothing active until first timeout! :/

I'm not a coder myself, but a reasonably savvy user.

    Hopefully helpfully...

seems to do the trick. A work-around, but basic problem still needs fixing (4 years + old!)
Now can we 'homologate' the screensaver selection process/dialogs?

Seems is the operative word here. Now getting one .kss on reboot, still needing to be dismissed to de-clutter the screen.

From original post, 'wishlist': Why the checkboxes for GL and manipulator savers? Do these de/select from availability or inclusion in Random? Nothing seems to indicate (grey-outs in given menus?) - or are there extras hidden behind the boxes?
Also, it seems Random goes through *all* savers, whether configured or no (giving complaint screens for those not configured, e.g. media, slideshow...).Is cycle time same as Activation time? A good default, but could be configurable independent of initial Activation.

Looking forward to replies, particularly if from coders or maintainers.
