how to run program in CLI moded? what is the diff man/info/-h

I would like to create new partition using gparted, but I have no idea how to turn it in terminal. I don't want to use graphical interface. How can I do it?

And the second case, what is the difference between man command, info command and command -h ? Is there any 'recommended' option or I have always to read them until I find what I'm looking for.

parted is the CLI tool , Gparted the graphical tool . do not try to manipulate a mounted partition .

yes ,,,,,read read read untill you think you know what your going to do ,,,,,,then read some more
