Well, I have files that were not saved and I will lose much.
I hope there is another option.

Not saved? Do you mean, for example, that you were writing a document in a word processor and didn't save it to the hard drive before rebooting? Or do you mean files in your home directory that haven't been copied or backed up elsewhere?

No I saved my docs to the hard drive but no back up. Don't no about the home directory.
