    Konsole froze during install

I've been on Kubuntu 13.10 for less than a week now, I've been using Zorin for the last year. My problem came in when I started installing cups. Konsole got halfway finished, and just stopped, and has been sitting right after "Setting up cups-daemon (1.7.0~rc1-0ubuntu5.1) ..." and has been sitting there about an hour now. I hate to stop it if it can be fixed, because I would hate to have to go back and try to do a force install. Is there any way to fix this, or just stop it, and restart with a -f added?

    Welcome to KFN.

Stop the process then run sudo apt-get install -f.

I was afraid of that, but had to be hopeful. Thanks for the quick reply.

This isn't a reinstall. sudo apt-get install -f will attempt to fix any broken installed packages.
