I use kubuntu 13.10 and Vista on the same machine.
After upgrading to 13.10 from 13.04, when I restart to Vista after kubuntu, the time in Vista goes two hours back. To GMT.
The time in kubuntu is always correct.
I think that some settings in kubuntu changed during the upgrade.
What settings should I change?
