Keyboard Locale in Kubuntu 13.04

I have just installed Kubuntu 13.04.
During setup, I selected UK Keyboard layout.
After installation, some of the keys show the wrong character - I believe my keyboard to be set to US layout.
I cannot find the settings anywhere, despite Googling.
If anyone can help me out, that'd be great.
