No sound in players after kubuntu 13.04 installation?

I reinstalled the kubuntu 13.04 and then full-upgrade but now there is no sound in players when play a media file, i use the usb sound card, in the Kmix in Phonon-KDE Control Module in Sound and Video configuration window the correct usb sound card is selected, and there is test sound in the Device preferences -> Audio playback music.
And in the Audio Hardware Setup there is sound with click on the Front Right speaker but not in Front Left speaker.
This is the play -L command output:

The card 0 [Intel 82801DB-ICH4] is out of order and not working, The card 1: AUDIO [USB AUDIO] is working but it is not the default one, any help please?
