I have followed a couple of solutions to a similar problem on the at AskUbuntu, http://askubuntu.com/questions/15088...s-and-speakers. But, unfortunately I still have sound coming from both my internal speakers, and my external logitech speakers if they are plugged in. The files linked to in some of the solutions were not in the above repository...
Is there something I can do that is relatively easy so that I can listen to music at a high level, without the same stream becoming staticy and coming from my internal speakers?
I do not have as much experience with the terminal as I should, but my PC is a multi-boot, and I have the same issue under Mint. Fedora 19 plays sound correctly, but I would like to use Kubuntu or Mint as they are more stable on my system.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
