    Touch Screen Problem

    Hi Linux Masters;

    First of all, my computer is Dell Inspiron Duo 1090. Before yesterday I've used it with multi touch function on unity desktop. Yesterday I installed kubuntu on ubuntu. And now touch screen don't work.

    No Ethernet jack on that thing? Wow, I'm not sure I'd ever buy a notebook/laptop/desktop that had only wireless. Anyway...

    The version of Plasma that's included with "regular" KDE is not touch-aware. There is no mechanism to, for instance, perform a right-click. You might check out Kubuntu Active, which uses the Plasma Active desktop instead. But because the Plasma Active project is such flux right now, Kubuntu Active is not currently a high priority for the team.

      But is very useful

      Yesterday I reformat my computer and I directly install kubuntu without ubuntu. And the problem is solved. Thank you for your interest.
