Firefox upgrade is either tr.gz or .so. I can't find how to install either.
It is like a conspiracy between Adobe and Microsoft. I think they create updates just to screw Linux users up. I downloaded Ark to my system and extracted the files to a tar.gz. It opened as an .so file. No one seems to have the answer. It is so frustrating sometimes.
