Panel Widgets problem

Using kubuntu 13.04 desktop
Pointing at Panel Widgets: On pop-out, text unreadable on black section of Wallpaper area.
Is this fixable?

What desktop theme are you using ?

KDE System Settings > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Theme

Options:

1) Use a theme with opaque pop-ups
2) Use a theme with non black text
3) Mix the themes elements: http://userbase.kde.org/Plasma/TweakingPlasma
4) Edit the theme colors: http://techbase.kde.org/Development/...a/ThemeDetails -> http://techbase.kde.org/Development/...Details#Colors

Window Decoration – Oxygen
Desktop Theme - Air
Am not particular as to what Theme I use – find choices confusing
-unsure where to set opaque pop-ups & non black text
Would it be best for me to create a custom Theme?

At here the 'Air' theme is using a gray blurred background on the plasma notification pop ups / tooltips:

I was asking a screen capture of the 'Pointing at Panel Widgets: On pop-out, text unreadable on black section of Wallpaper area.' So I can try to reproduce the problem and try to find a fix/workaround.

After 3 Muon updates the problem has been solved – now back to normal!
