Battery full notification with sound

I have installed kubuntu in my laptop and my kubuntu does not show any notifications if battery is full. So i want to know whether there is any widgets which can give alarm when battery is full.(just like the sound alarm when battery is low)

It exists. Right-click on the System Tray area and select System Tray Settings > Entries and set Battery Monitor to Always Visible.

its only give visual battery level,!! i am asking about sound alarm when battery is full (100%) it should give some kind of short alarm

Check System Settings | Application and System Notifications. Change the Event source to Power Management System. Configure as you wish.
