Will KDE 4.10.3 come to 13.04 or do I need to add a ppa?

Subject says it all Will 13.04 be upgraded automagically with the latest KDE once it has been packaged by running a 'sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade' or would I need to add a ppa for this?

Short: The KDE 4.10 upgrades will be added first to the Kubuntu developers PPA and after testing and positive feedback the KDE 4.10 upgrades will be added to the Ubuntu updates and will be available when you upgrade.
