I'm looking to set my resolution to the correct resolution for my system (which would be 1366x768 I believe) and right now in the settings it claims I can only output 1024x768. I ran aticonfig after installing the driver and I'm at a loss at what command to use to achieve my goal.

I didn't notice the other post, and may not be able to help anyway, but you don't seem to be getting help, so I will try. (I don't currently have access to my kubuntu OS, so I can't be specific in my replies and will give you the best my memory and descriptions can supply.)
Kubuntu developers create the drivers for our video cards. In Kmenu>Applications>System>Additional Drivers, look to see if there are recommended drivers for your computer. Click on and activate the recommended driver. After restarting your machine, the proper resolution may appear in the System Settings>Monitor directory. You may have already tried this, but if not, I hope it works for you.Originally posted by npars View PostI'm looking to set my resolution to the correct resolution for my system (which would be 1366x768 I believe) and right now in the settings it claims I can only output 1024x768.
