Is there anything similar toNvidia Server Settings' for an XFX Radeon HD 7850?

Quantal w/KDE 4.9.5

I would like my monitors to perform similar to TwinView in Nvidia GPUs. With both monitors connected, one is the mirror of the other. I cannot work from monitor to monitor, only on the default monitor. Thanks.

See the other thread you opened, you are probably best of using the Catalyst Control Center.
