dell inspiron 6400 wireless not working!
tried everything did research nothing worked! ethernet works fine! activated wireless driver did nothing! tried fn+f2! did nothing! kubuntu's my favorite! can somebody help me with this? i do know wireless works because it works fine on windows 7 pro! it was made in 2006 and this is a dell inspiron! 6400! VERY NICE LAPTOP!!!!

it works great!!!! what i did!!! opened konsole and typed sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer!!! AND IT WORKED! IT ALSO DID IN OTHER DISTRO'S!
