windows program run with wine must not connect to internet

hi.
i use kubuntu since 1 week.
i have a question.
I have download wine and i have setup a windows program with wine.
It's all right but i want download a firewall that can't connect to internet this program.

So i want that this windows program run with emulator wine isn't allowed to connect to internet.

How i can prevent that windows program connect to internet?

I'd like to get a bit more clarity. You want to prevent one specific program installed under Wine from accessing the Internet, correct? Presumably you don't want to block any other programs?

What is the program in question?
