How to disable the guest account

I am very new to Kubuntu (long time windows user). How do I disable the guest account from the login screen? I found some commands out there but I am not sure they will work as they are for earliers versions. I am using kubuntu 12.10.

Here are the commands I did find:

run: gksudo gedit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf

add the following to the end of the file: allow-guest=false

Save and exit.

Now run: sudo restart lightdm


Does this work with Kubuntu 12.10? or is there a better way?

System Settings, Login Screen (LightDM), General tab, uncheck "Allow guest login".

Thanks, I knew there had to be an easier way. Still learning my way around Kubuntu, but so far I like it better and Apple or Microsoft OS.
