Could someone help me how to transfer my emails en adressbook from outlook 2003 to kubuntu email

Hi,

In fact it depends what software you'd like to use in kubuntu.
For example, if you will use thunderbird, you should do like this :
First migrate to thunderbird under windows (everything)
Then go to kubuntu copy all your files and it will work
Address book is : abook.mab in your profile thunderbird.

Also, both kmail and kaddressbook can import data in multiple formats (for kmail you need to have 'kmailcvt' package installed)

Depending on where you're importing from, you may need to export the data first in a format that's compatible with the import tools.

Kmail can for example import thunderbird and outlook express mails
