Desktop Settings Problem Kubuntu 12.04.1

Installed Kubuntu 12.04.1 (64) - working perfectly but:
Installed NVidia, Twin View (2 monitors)
Problem: Can only obtain "Desktop Settings" on 1 of 2 monitors.
Monitor 2 - Right click Mouse menu shows "Desktop Settings"
Monitor 1 - Right click Mouse menu does not show this!
Alt + S brings up "Desktop Settings" on Monitor 2, but not on Monitor 1.
Is this a problem with NVidia, or System Settings?
Right click menu on Monitor 2 shows Desktop Settings - on Monitor 2 it doesn't.
Would appreciate how I can fix this.

Open the NVIDIA X Server Settings. Do it there.
