hi im jacko , i am 12 years old & i cant work out how to install flash media player . Could you please help me .

Please read this guide:

Basically, you need to do two steps:

1. enable extra repositories
2. install flash player

The guide will show you how to do both.

you can also add this to the repositories within adept or synaptic
and then you can install flash, realplayer and a few other media programs ...
