Firefox + flash plugin

Hi,
i can't use Firefox with flashplugin. This is the software installed:

Kubuntu 12.10
Firefox 16.0.1
flashplugin-installer 11.2.202.243ubuntu0.12.04.1

When i try to watch video on youtube, no video box appears

can anyone help me, please?

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-restricted-extras

you must have the multiverse repo activated in your package manager .
