As well as my problems here and here I recently installed the Really Slick Screensavers package through Adept, and none of them seem to work 
When I click Test nothing happens, although my other screensavers (normal and OpenGL) all work. Does anyone know of anyway to debug problems like this? Will there be an error written to some log somewhere?
EDIT: Regarding the console issue, I can no longer ctrl+alt+F1 into a console!
