start up to blank screen every time. live disk works but won't install. (again)

Dependancy error, this a river flowing downstream now.. many packages depending on obm-storage, and it depending on a package it can't find. - my resource list is miss configured? maybe blocked from chinese firewall? it doesn't have anything to do with how I try and set up oBM becuase the componants just arn't there..

.... kind of explain the dependancy problem... but going to updte manager-software gives me almost the same read out...
