Dependancy error, this a river flowing downstream now.. many packages depending on obm-storage, and it depending on a package it can't find. - my resource list is miss configured? maybe blocked from chinese firewall? it doesn't have anything to do with how I try and set up oBM becuase the componants just arn't there..
