Open up Konqueror and go /etc/apt (type it in the location bar). Look for the file named sources.list, right-click on that and choose Preview in Embedded Advanced Text Editor. Copy the contents of that file and post them here.

The wine package in universe is constantly out of date, wine improves very fast. Add this to your sources.list, this is the wine repository so you'll always have an up to date version of wine:

deb http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt dapper main

If you're running Kubuntu Dapper, then you're running the latest version of Kubuntu.
To check what version of Kubuntu you are using, type this in Konsole:

lsb_release -a

It should say something like Ubuntu 6.06 LTS.
