I am also stuck. 85%, dropbox downloading, stuck at 92%.

Grr. It has also remapped my keyboard to something bizarre.

@cpunji is the box still stuck and runing or have you rebooted yet?

and did it get stuck wile downloading packages or while running dpkg configuring packages?

@leoniedelt were you really downloading from dropbox while downloading the upgrade?

first you must make shure you have the room in / before you begin to upgrade.................when I started mine it required 2174 packages at a size of 1678Mb
so check to see if you may have filed up / ...........this would be bad.
      Code:
      df -h
      will show you.

second if the servers were still overloaded you may have been timed out......... not quite so bad as you may be abel to just start the upgrade over and have it pick up where it left off!!

IF it got to the point where it has already reset your source lists but hasn't started dpkg yet
      Code:
      cat /etc/apt/sources.list
will show precise in the source line and you could use apt-get to finish
      Code:
      sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
if it did get to the dpkg (configuring packages) then you may need to run
      Code:
      sudo dpkg--configure-a
      VINNY
      i7 4core HT 8MB L3 2.9GHz
      16GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 860M 4GB RAM 1152 cuda cores

amazingly after shutting it off and rebooting, i managed to run dpkg from the line command and that finished it up. bizarre, but its on now and its FAST.

and no, i wasnt downloading FROM dropbox, i was downloading THE dropbox package when it happened, it got stuck at 92% finished, overall 85%.
