    Add date to panel

    Linux 2.6.33-ARCH, KDE 4.4.3

How can I add the date to the panel? I go to settings and add widgets and I can't find anything about the date. In doing a search, I find some threads about changing how the date is displayed, but none on displaying it.

The widget you are/should be looking for is any of the Clocks -- I have Digital Clock installed.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

Install the digital clock widget then right click on it to get to the Digital Clock Settings. From there, you can get it to display the date in various formats.

Thanks! OK, I can't believe as much as I have tried I didn't find that. However, the date and time overlap. I tried dragging things around and it doesn't help.

Maybe make your panel a little taller?

OK, it took some playing around, but got the date below the time without messing up other stuff. Thank you.
