Yes when i hover over the time the UTC is also one hour behind and beneath that it says my city and the correct time.My time zone is correctly set,Europe,Zagreb.

Yes finally,you both helped me.After i adjusted the clock i went to Digital clock settigns and under the Time zones i set Clock Defaults to Europe/Zagreb instead of UTC.Thank you so much.

Oh dear, thought you've set that properly too. That way you can have several time-widgets showing time in different cities.

Curses, my secret is out! It's precisely because Windows resolutely refuses to display seconds in the task bar clock that I've spent the last two and a half years dilligently teaching myself an entirely different operating system and devoting countless hours to this here forum.
