Problem with getting new themes

Soooo this is how this story goes.Today in the morning i was normally getting and installing new cursor,themes and whatnot through the System Settigns-Workspace Appearance and then on the "get new decorations" on lower left corner.It would list decorations and then i would pick one.But now in the afternoon when i click "get new decorations" the window opens and it shows "Network Error 99" but guess what?My internet is working normally.So did anyone else experienced this problem and knows how to solve it?

I also get "Unknown open collaboration Service API error. (0) message.
