How can I change mount point after installation?

Since the partition is mounted and is r/w, a wild thought: are you by any chance using KWallet? Perhaps you are being asked to supply a password for something else like starting a wifi connection? Can you pass a screen shot?

well, i use kwallet, but when it asks for password the info window looks different than this. i will put the screen shot next time when i restart my computer...

OK, you could also try turning kwallet off temporarily to see if that makes any difference. I just did pretty much the same thing you did with one of my partitions and there's no asking for password for me but kwallet being turned off on my machine.

I can now close this thread. I install new KDE, rename folder .kde in my /home, and after totally new instalation and adjustment i don't have this problem.
