how to assign new key combinations to window management

Hi Folks, just trying out Kubuntu. Instead of striking ALT+F3, then mousing to whatever option I want. I wonder if I can re-assign key combinations. For instance, if I want to pin a window, how would I assign it to a given key combination (instead of having to search through the ALT+F3 menu)?

Also, is there a way to bind ALT-TAB (or the equivalent of compiz scale) to the mouse (button 2 for example)? In Xubuntu, I can bind the windowlist menu to the middle mouse button, but I haven't yet found such an option in KDE?

vtpoet, I suggest looking in the system settings, under 'shortcuts and Gestures' which is under the "Common Appearance and Behavior" section. Under a default install, system settings can be found in the favorites, but it is also found in "kmenu -> Settings -> System Settings"

Keyboard shortcuts: System Settings > Shortcuts and Gestures

Mouse actions: Right click the desktop > Desktop Settings > Mouse Actions

Thank you both. I had already looked at these options. In the case of Shortcuts and Gestures, there doesn't appear to be a "No Borders" option? As to the mouse, I tried setting the Middle-Button, but for whatever reason, the Mouse Action doesn't work (which is to say, nothing happens when I press the middle button). In XFCE, I needed to install xbindkeys. Not sure if the same option would work in KDE.

          When hardware meets software

Here the mouse is detected automatically but sometimes the detection can go wrong. There are docs:
