Can't install off USB or CD

Had Ubuntu and Kubuntu both before and they worked fine. Trying to install on my other hard drive that only has 20GB so its to slow to run xp.

I get this error message

I'd format that hard drive to ext4 from the live cd and then install Kubuntu on it.

I assume you have checked the iso's md5sum matches?

I think that you need to boot it by using your BIOS boot menu. Cause it works for me.
