Please clarify what you mean by "Add Remove" is missing? If you are referring to 'adding' and 'removing' software packages, that is in System > Muon Software Center or System > Muon Package Manager. If you don't see either of those, then it will be System > KPackagekit.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
