Wireless not working (Kubuntu 11.10 - Asus EeePC 1000HE)[RESOLVED]

Hi,

I have finished installing Kubuntu 11.10 on my Asus EeePC 1000HE netbook, however my wireless network adapter is not recognized. Who can this issue be fixed so I can have the wireless network adapter working again I currently have no internet access due to this on my netbook. Please help!

1) Check which wireless card it is

2) It is probably the Ralink card

Thanks for your help, for some reason after the installation, the wireless was disabled so I had to go into the BIOS setup and re-enable it. That did the trick. Its working now. This might be a bug with the Kubuntu 11.10 installer

Nope. An installation would not change the BIOS settings.
