Kmail: 1.13.6
When I open Kmail, incoming emails are put in 'Trash'. I do not have any spam filter installed that could cause this, although when I get it working properly, I want to put some filters in my machine.

This problem is resolved, however I do not know how it happened. It may have been resolved in an update. Sorry I am unable to help anyone with the selfsame problem with a definitive answer.
