My post "reset defaults for 'fullscreen' and 'volume on' xine media player" is no longer valid. I am told that Xine is not going to be continued with Kubuntu Natty as a back end, so seeking an answer is a mute point. Thanks!!

Rather than remove the post, why not reply to it with a follow-up explaining what you learned? That way, if someone else has the same question later, they might very well find your answer. This will be good for everyone.
