cannnot load ramdisk with old kernel

hi
i am trying to install kubuntu 11 on my hp mini 110 net book...i am using pendrive to boot up...but it hangs during boot...
it gives the error msg "cannnot load ramdisk with old kernel"
can anybody help me with this...
