Audio problem in Kubuntu 11.04 ...

Hi Guys,

Yesterday i have installed Kubnutu 11.04 on my desktop ... After the installation volume of audio output is very low .. i had to turn my speakers volume fully to hear a normal music..

but at the system tray the voulme icon is indicating 100%.. Please let me know where else i need check/modify to increase the volume of my audio out...

check the audio level on your player as well.

Hi .. thank you for response .. Actually i have followed the below steps to fix the issue....

1.Opened Konsole...

2.alsamixer

3.Used the arrow keys the increase the volume bars of the different options to the maximum.

4.pressed ESC

5. sudo alsactl store

6. Restart the computer
