[Solved] How to get certain parts of missing fonts

Hello, I am not exactly new to Kubuntu, but I am new to the forums. I didn't have much of problems with Kubuntu and Ubuntu, so I rarely come here.

I receive emails in few languages and one of which is Sinhalese. I use Firefox. Some of the fonts don't come through. This happens with Ubuntu too. I'll copy below to show what I get;

මෙම රටවල් දෙක අතර ඡන්දයක් අන්තර්ජාලයේ සිදුවේ. අපි අපගේ සහයෝගය ඊශ්රායලයට පළ කරමු. පහත යොමුවෙන් ගොස්, ඊශ්රායෙල් කොඩිය මත ක්ලික් කර අපගේ සහයෝගය ඊශ්රායලයට දෙමු.

How to get rid of the square signs here and get the letter beneath? This same email checked in Fedora shows the complete sentence without these signs.

apt-get install ttf-sinhala-lklug ibus im-switch ibus-m17n m17n-db m17n-contrib worked and every part of the fonts are working.
