Hello forum,
Im having trouble with Kubuntu on my t43 IBM laptop.
Its the model with the 2ghz Intel processor, and I added 2g's of ram
So the problems are that i cannot find and install drivers for my video card ( Radeon x300)
And the widgets show the processor speed being only 800mhz as it would be on windows without the AC plugged in.
Everything is laggy even though this laptop can run windows 7 with ease.
I saw that you can kompile your own kernel but found info only to the 1.8ghz processors model
I am quite green with linux, so any help would be apreciated.
