(Solved) Problem with sound of the laptop

I just installed Kubuntu for second time and in both times I had the same problem, I can only listen the music or videos (any sound) with the "internal Audio Analog Stereo" I can't controle the volume.

I have two playback devices: one is that internal and the other (the one that I think it can works) is "RV710/730 Digital Stereo (HDMI)"

I dont know how to fix this problem, I need your help.

    Thanks in advance.

    Note: Sorry for misspelling.

    My laptop:
    AsusA52J
    CPU : i5-430M
Audio: "RV710/730 Digital Stereo (HDMI)" (but not sure)

I have this problem from time to time. I have found if you right click on the volume and the select Master Channel you can then select how you want to listen to your music/video's/ or stuff streaming!!

I have the same(?) issue - on Kubuntu, on Ubuntu however it do work, and I *think* I got all the packages in Kubuntu too. I haven't had time to dig deeper into this issue but hopefully get the time next week, (laptop specs in sign.) I can adjust volume on the internal sound, but the HDMI is 'dead'.
