What is a Good MP3 player?

    8)

I have no problem with Amorok but I would like to find something that works with all my buttons on my laptop. The usual play and stop work just fine with Amorok but the fast forward goes to the next song on amorok, I would like it to be able skip further into the song or podcast? So which program does that better?

I installed VLC and I must say, it runs alot smoother than Amorok. I'll have to check out Clementine though. Can I just do:
        Code:
        Sudo apt-get install clementine
to install it or is there a website?

It's in the repositories for (at least) Natty, so yes, you could install it via sudo apt-get install clementine
Windows no longer obstructs my view.

I will stick with Amarok ...they have a great work going on...and always when you send them feedback or advice the do usually get the job done...I still remember when I sent them a feedback message about the splash screen being a bit unstable and that they should change the image displayed cause it didnt fit with the default theme....well they changed it in the 2 following days.

How would I go about contacting Amorok? So I can suggest that they change what the buttons do when I press them??

I believe you can change the key-bindings within Amarok itself. I know that there is a small bug about how sometimes when you press the right and left arrow keys, as well as clicking on the progress bar, the track won't change. Though I'm not sure why your left and right keys are skipping entire songs..try the key bindings for that. It should be 'Settings -> Configure Shortcuts' and you can make any number of shortcuts that you'd like, as well as change things that are there originally
