Hello All,

I am in the process of redoing my "K" start menu and I noticed that I can use custom icons for the new submenus I am adding.

What size and format should they be?

With the KDE 4.6 the KDE menu editor is filtering the icon files as: *.png *.xpm *.svg *.svgz.

Size can be whatever. The KDE is scaling the icon to the right size. A good approximation is 64x64 - 256x256 (.png .xpm pixmaps). The .svg(z) is a vector graphic image.
