cannot add keyboard layout in kubuntu 11.04 (solved)

i try to search but i dont find Region/languages in system setting to add a new keyboard layout. i really want to type in my own language.

Keyboard layouts can be configured in SystemSettings>InputDevices>Keyboard>Layout-tab in recent KDE versions.

Try:

System Settings | Input Devices | Keyboard | Layouts | Configure Layouts

and then add the language that you want.

At least that's where it is in KDE 4.6.3.
