running on an old laptop

Hi all
can i run kubuntu on a celeron 300 with 192meg ram or i'd rather go for something lighter?
i need extensive wifi support...

Yeah, it should run, I my office I have cel700 128mb ram, we were running squid on it, around 20 users always using internet via squid from this computer and it runs great even In KDE. if you need more speed you could try some light desktop like fluefox.

i love the appearance of Xrfce or Fluxbox..
