Power devil is a Devil :)

I am a newbie to Linux but and an average user.
When my using my Dell Mini 10 Power Devil disable my visual effects while its was running on battery . Now I m Fully charged and plugged in still my visual effects are disable.I tried very possible power settings but it seems Power Devil is not switching back.It happen today before if I reboot i get my visual effects back. I tried on Settings >Desktop Effects ->its saysdisable my other application( My guess Power Devil is the culprit).
