I need help installing katapult 0.3.2.2 please!

Hey, i come to you with a problem. I'm running kubutu 10.10. I'm trying to install katapult 0.3.2.2. I follow all of the instructions in konsole, and navigate to the source code containing folder, but when i use the ./configure command i get the following:

    austin@austin-E-6500D:~/Documents/katapult-0.3.2.2$ ./configure
    checking build system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
    checking host system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
    checking target system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
    checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking for -p flag to install... yes
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
    checking for gawk... no
    checking for mawk... mawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
    checking for kde-config... not found
configure: error: The important program kde-config was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

How can I fix this and finish the installation? Please help!

    Code:
    ubuntuku@satellite:~$ apt-file find kde-config | grep bin
    kdelibs-dbg: /usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/kde-config
    kdelibs4c2a: /usr/bin/kde-config
    You need to install kdelibs4c2a.

You're aware Katapult is a KDE3 program? Have you checked out Mangonel (I haven't tried it myself, but looks like a katapult clone for KDE4).

If you still want Katapult, read on...

As a KDE3 program, I don't really know how well Katapult works (or builds) on KDE4, but to run it (and build it) you would need to install at least packages kdelibs4c2a (which includes kde-config for KDE3) and kdelibs4-dev (don't let the numbering mislead you, kdelibs4 is KDE3 and kdelibs5 is KDE4).
