Re: How many Linux Distros can I install on one hard drive?
I have ubuntu natty alpha, kubuntu 10.10 and linux mint installed on my laptop.
have kept all my documents, downloads, Music, Photos, Videos in different drive.
Using amarok, banshee etc we can easily point where the media is present.
same applies for digikam.
So basically we can keep the data where ever we want..just have to point the applications to proper path in order to let them use the data.
just one regret. I saw in friends comp that in windows 7 one can add different locations to the same library.
e.g. if i click on "My Music", i can add folders at different locations to My Music library.
I wanted to achieve same in kubuntu. but couldn't.. sigh.
