How do I remove Kleopatra from the list of items that is loaded at startup?

K > System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Autostart and select the item and click on Remove. (This, on Maverick running KDE 4.5.3).Windows no longer obstructs my view.

My Autostart shows only "Desktop File Script File" with a sub-entry of "gtk2-engines-qtcurve.rc.sh"
"Service Manager" has a list of 20 or so items, but no Kleopatra among them.-- Werdigo49

it could be somehow 'stuck' in the session, if you use the default settings, which is to start KDE with the previous session's apps. etc
K > System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Session Management
You can try temporarily turn this off, and log out/login and see if that fixes it.
